Asian Yogasana Sport Championships 2025

India proudly hosted the 2nd Asian Yogasana Sport Championship 2025 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi from April 25 to 27, 2025. This three-day extravaganza, executed by Zeeco Brand Experiences, brought together over 170 athletes from 21 Asian countries, technical officials, team managers, and coaches. The event marked a significant milestone in the government's initiative to promote Yogasana as a competitive global sport. The championship was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Swami Baba Ramdev, Ms. Rekha Gupta, Chief Minister of the Delhi Government, Mr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports & Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of Culture and Tourism.

Call Me Bae – Metro Station Takeover

Zeeco Brand transformed Western Express Highway Metro Station into a vibrant promotional space for Amazon Prime's "Call Me Bae" starring Ananya Pandey. The agency's innovative concept involved a complete takeover of the station, rebranding every aspect, including floors, ticket counters, elevators, and entry barriers.

The station was wrapped in "Call Me Bae" posters, with every area covered, including floors, ticket counters, elevators, escalators, and entry barriers. The station's name was even temporarily changed to "WEH" to match the show's branding, the launch event drew the cast, crew, and social media influencers, generating significant buzz and synchronizing the hype around the series. This bold activation took branding to new heights, creating an unforgettable experience.

Snowy Joyland – Amazon Prime Day

Zeeco Brand Experiences created an immersive experience for Amazon's Prime Day Sale at Worldmark, Gurgaon. The seven-day event featured a winter-themed installation, transforming the space into a snowy wonderland with temperatures simulating 6-7 degrees Celsius. The venue was filled with cool games and interactive experiences, attracting audiences with its unique setup. Zeeco's creative vision turned the event into a joyful spectacle, making it a standout experience for Amazon Prime and a memorable celebration for attendees.

Meesho Seller Express

Zeeco Brand Experiences executed a 50-day activation campaign, "Meesho Seller Express – Tarakki Ka Raasta," across six cities: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Mumbai, and Kolkata. The campaign aimed to engage with small businesses and encourage them to become Meesho sellers. A unique canter was designed to resemble a train, complete with seating and a television. Trained promoters wore customized uniforms inspired by railway stations and delivered scripted pitches that mimicked railway announcements.

The campaign exceeded expectations, achieving its goal of onboarding new sellers and setting a record with 6 lakh seller registrations. This represents a remarkable 7x growth since April 2021, demonstrating the campaign's impact on small businesses and Meesho's growth trajectory.

The Boys

Shahid Kapoor stole the show at the launch event for "The Boys" Season 3 in Mumbai, unveiling the poster in a dramatic video reveal. Zeeco Brand Experiences conceptualized and executed the event, which featured a massive Homelander hoarding that shot laser beams at a nearby car, generating significant buzz. The agency took the launch beyond traditional media, targeting youth in popular pubs and colleges across India. Interactive elements included pub table tops and augmented reality (AR) effects, creating an immersive experience that amplified the show's appeal.

The unique launch generated widespread media coverage and public interest, making the Emmy-nominated series a talking point in India. Zeeco's innovative approach successfully created a memorable experience that resonated with the target audience.

Amazon Tatkal

Amazon Tatkal has been an award winning BTL campaign by Zeeco. At the heart of the activation was an Amazon branded van that doubled up as a studio. Tatkal promised on boarding of sellers on Amazon within 60 minutes.

The tatkal van travelled 17 states and 62 cities over a period of two year and on boarded 30K+ sellers

Amazon Business Paathshala

Amazon Business Paathshala, is a branded mobile unit to guide and facilitate the purchase decision makers on how to get on board and make smarter purchase decisions on India's favorite ecommerce platform.

In the first phase we initiated eight-week activity covering Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Pune. The van has covered a total of 5950 Kms and has interacted with a total of 12500 corporates & SMEs. AB garnered a total of 3550 registered users through the campaign, almost 65% more than the expected response.

NMDC Convention

Incorporated in 1958 as a Government of India fully-owned public enterprise, NMDC is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. NMDC is India's single largest iron ore producer, presently producing about 35 million tonnes of iron ore and a designated “NAVRATNA” by Department of Public Sector Enterprises since 2008.

Zeeco Brand Experiences is empanelled with NMDC as one of the key creative services agency. In Nov 2019, we were bestowed with responsibility of ideating and fabricating NMDC’s exhibit at the International Mining Exhibition 2019 at Kolkata.

The finesse with which we delivered the project ended up rewarding NMDC with the ‘Best Exhibit Award’.

Payoneer Forum Flagship event is now being rolled out by Zeeco Brand Experiences. Zeeco was awarded to handle and execute this very conference in Delhi since its inception in India.
